This truck is my pride and joy. It is an '85 Xtra-cab, that has been slightly modified. I had gathered all my parts, and was on the verge of installing everything, when I changed my mind at the last minute, and opted to build it bigger. As pictured, its sitting on 40" Boggers (rear), and 40" TSL's (front). It has a set of full width axles under it, a D60 up front, stuffed with all the goodies, and a D70 out back, with the same treatment. I also have a 332/C6/203/205 combo I was going to run. But then something happened. I'm not sure what triggered it, but I felt it wasn't quite big enough. I started to plan the rebuild of the entire truck, and here is what I have chosen to do. 427 cubic inch 7L LS7 Tranny??? 203/205 custom built doubler 2.5 Ouverson Engineering built Rockwells 47" LTB's The rear half of the truck will be removed, then tubed out. 3" Kings will work with the 4 link, while the front will continue to use the James Duff ranger spring packs. I attended a competition in July in the capacity as a judge, and got to watch the LTB's in action. What I seen sold me on them, and I knew that I would eventually buy a set. Then a fellow wheeler put a set up for sale, and I jumped on them. Here they are pictured next to my 40's. When the build continues, I'll post up progress in the build up forum.

Thank you, guys. I find myself in a perpetual state of indecision. There is always something to improve on, and when I think of that one thing, it snowballs, and the whole build is altered again. The truck has never been driven by me on the trail, or the street for that matter, because of my indecision, and improvements.
But some day...

You have quite the sense of humour, Reeper. LoL. Unfortunately, I'll still need them for my other rig. The Toy is designed more for competition, while the M38 is going to pull most of the trail duty.
