Here is the updated information and pictures from EEResQ.
If you've ever experienced this carryout operation . . . then, you'll certainly appreciate this one!
Six rescuers struggle carrying 1 rider off a trail.
A 2 person ATR team safely does the same.
Proudly "Made In America" ATRs are fast becoming valuable additions to many rescue,
EMS, fire, sheriff's, police, forestry and park service SAR teams throughout the country.
Also, ATRs are at 1 US Army installation, as they're being considered at others.
A Fort Knox "TRT" (Technical Rescue Team) regularly trains with their 2 All Terrain Res-Q Trailers.
The TRT carries in all their gear on a JD Gator HPX , then does a Load-N-Go with their Res-Q trailer!
Originally, ATRs were designed around the needs of rescuers in remote communities faced
with increased numbers of off-road events and decreasing numbers of response personnel.
Today, with increasing popularity of powersports, hiking, mountain biking, skiing and other
outdoors recreational activities, almost every community needs an All Terrain Res-Q Trailer.
This Special Operations Team in Utah does a Load-N-Go in the snow! "No more dragging patients off the trail."
The reality is this: Paid 'SAR' units are few, and volunteer teams are struggling to muster the
required personnel. As such, All Terrain Res-Q Trailers have become manpower multipliers.
Put simply, ATRs are saving lives and rescuer's backs; plus the dollars it cost to repair them!
Most important, as these TN rescuers found, "No one is forced to slug through the mud carrying a heavy litter.
Sullivan County EMS provides off-road rescue services countywide around Bristol, TN with their Rhino and ATR.
So, check us out and let me know if All Terrain Res-Q Trailers would be a valuable addition to
off-road equipment dealers in support of rescue operations in your area. Also, if you know of
any emergency response agencies who could benefit from hearing about the ATR, would you
please forward this email along to them? Thank you!
Please be SAFE out there,
Mike Brady
