Directions to Peters Creek -
We forgot something important on our map. How about some directions. Follow Hwy 20 east from Bend for 50 miles. You will pass a rest stop in Brothers. The turn off is exactly 7 miles from Brothers. Take a right onto Frederick Butte Rd. Follow it for 20 miles. You will notice that there are no houses. The first house you come accrossed is it. There will be signs to follow. This area is a cross between "The Crushers" in the Tillamook state forest and Broken Boulder Farm in Goldendale(but not off camber).

oh WOW, kind of hard to yell across the fence to your neighbor if you have a problem. I'd probably take an extra can of gas....just in case mind you.

yeah, after you go east of bend not to far and people start getting scarce, every so often you will find the small communities and a few houses together, but normally this is just around the little towns. I love riding the street bike over there because you can ride for hours without seeing anyone

Sounds awesome. I'll have to make time to campout with my kids sometime this coming summer. If I go during the week, less people. LOL
